Adult and Child
Adult and Child lessons are for children aged 4 months – 3 years. These sessions are available at Birch Firm and Colneis. The lessons are structured around Swim-a-Song which is an alternative, fun, innovative and effective programme for introducing adults with babies or very young children to the exciting world of Aquatics. It encourages successful completion and attainment of the asa 'Duckling' series of awards.
