Adult and Child
Adult and Child lessons are for children aged 4 months – 3 years. These sessions are available at Colneis Community Pool and Whitehouse Pool. The lessons are fun, innovative and effective programme for introducing adults with babies or very young children to the exciting world of Aquatics. It encourages successful completion and attainment of the asa 'Duckling' series of awards.
